25:57
Open Ayah
قُلۡمَآأَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡعَلَيۡهِمِنۡأَجۡرٍإِلَّامَنشَآءَأَنيَتَّخِذَإِلَىٰرَبِّهِۦسَبِيلٗا٥٧
Saheeh International

Say, "I do not ask of you for it any payment - only that whoever wills might take to his Lord a way."

قُلْQul
مَآma
أَسْـَٔلُكُمْasalukum
عَلَيْهِAAalayhi
مِنْmin
أَجْرٍajrin
إِلَّاilla
مَنman
شَآءَshaa
أَنan
يَتَّخِذَyattakhitha
إِلَىٰila
رَبِّهِۦrabbihi
سَبِيلًۭاsabeelan
38:86
Open Ayah
قُلۡمَآأَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡعَلَيۡهِمِنۡأَجۡرٖوَمَآأَنَا۠مِنَٱلۡمُتَكَلِّفِينَ٨٦
Saheeh International

Say, [O Muḥammad], "I do not ask you for it [i.e., the Qur’ān] any payment, and I am not of the pretentious.

أَجْرٍۢajrin
وَمَآwama
أَنَا۠ana

ٱلْمُتَكَلِّفِينَalmutakallifeena
42:23
Open Ayah
ذَٰلِكَٱلَّذِييُبَشِّرُٱللَّهُعِبَادَهُٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُواْوَعَمِلُواْٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِۗقُللَّآأَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡعَلَيۡهِأَجۡرًاإِلَّاٱلۡمَوَدَّةَفِيٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰۗوَمَنيَقۡتَرِفۡحَسَنَةٗنَّزِدۡلَهُۥفِيهَاحُسۡنًاۚإِنَّٱللَّهَغَفُورٞشَكُورٌ٢٣
Saheeh International

It is that of which Allāh gives good tidings to His servants who believe and do righteous deeds. Say, [O Muḥammad], "I do not ask you for it [i.e., this message] any payment [but] only good will through [i.e., due to] kinship." And whoever commits a good deed - We will increase for him good therein. Indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Appreciative.1

ذَٰلِكَThalika
ٱلَّذِىallathee
يُبَشِّرُyubashshiru
ٱللَّهُAllahu
عِبَادَهُAAibadahu
ٱلَّذِينَallatheena
ءَامَنُوا۟amanoo
وَعَمِلُوا۟waAAamiloo
ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ ۗalssalihati
قُلqul
لَّآla
أَسْـَٔلُكُمْasalukum
عَلَيْهِAAalayhi
أَجْرًاajran
إِلَّاilla
ٱلْمَوَدَّةَalmawaddata
فِىfee
ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ ۗalqurba
وَمَنwaman
يَقْتَرِفْyaqtarif
حَسَنَةًۭhasanatan
نَّزِدْnazid
لَهُۥlahu
فِيهَاfeeha
حُسْنًا ۚhusnan
إِنَّinna
ٱللَّهَAllaha
غَفُورٌۭghafoorun
شَكُورٌshakoorun
