25:20

وَمَآأَرۡسَلۡنَاقَبۡلَكَمِنَٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَإِلَّآإِنَّهُمۡلَيَأۡكُلُونَٱلطَّعَامَوَيَمۡشُونَفِيٱلۡأَسۡوَاقِۗوَجَعَلۡنَابَعۡضَكُمۡلِبَعۡضٖفِتۡنَةًأَتَصۡبِرُونَۗوَكَانَرَبُّكَبَصِيرٗا٢٠

Saheeh International

And We did not send before you, [O Muḥammad], any of the messengers except that they ate food and walked in the markets. And We have made some of you [people] as trial for others - will you have patience? And ever is your Lord, Seeing.

وَمَآWama

أَرْسَلْنَاarsalna

قَبْلَكَqablaka

مِنَmina

ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَalmursaleena

إِلَّآilla

إِنَّهُمْinnahum

لَيَأْكُلُونَlayakuloona

ٱلطَّعَامَalttaAAama

وَيَمْشُونَwayamshoona

فِىfee

ٱلْأَسْوَاقِ ۗalaswaqi

وَجَعَلْنَاwajaAAalna

بَعْضَكُمْbaAAdakum

لِبَعْضٍۢlibaAAdin

فِتْنَةًfitnatan

أَتَصْبِرُونَ ۗatasbiroona

وَكَانَwakana

رَبُّكَrabbuka

بَصِيرًۭاbaseeran

25:7

Open Ayah

وَقَالُواْمَالِهَٰذَاٱلرَّسُولِيَأۡكُلُٱلطَّعَامَوَيَمۡشِيفِيٱلۡأَسۡوَاقِلَوۡلَآأُنزِلَإِلَيۡهِمَلَكٞفَيَكُونَمَعَهُۥنَذِيرًا٧

Saheeh International

And they say, "What is this messenger that eats food and walks in the markets? Why was there not sent down to him an angel so he would be with him a warner?

وَقَالُوا۟Waqaloo

مَالِmali

هَـٰذَاhatha

ٱلرَّسُولِalrrasooli

يَأْكُلُyakulu

ٱلطَّعَامَalttaAAama

وَيَمْشِىwayamshee

فِىfee

ٱلْأَسْوَاقِ ۙalaswaqi

لَوْلَآlawla

أُنزِلَonzila

إِلَيْهِilayhi

مَلَكٌۭmalakun

فَيَكُونَfayakoona

مَعَهُۥmaAAahu

نَذِيرًاnatheeran
