9:38
Open Ayah
يَٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُواْمَالَكُمۡإِذَاقِيلَلَكُمُٱنفِرُواْفِيسَبِيلِٱللَّهِٱثَّاقَلۡتُمۡإِلَىٱلۡأَرۡضِۚأَرَضِيتُمبِٱلۡحَيَوٰةِٱلدُّنۡيَامِنَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۚفَمَامَتَٰعُٱلۡحَيَوٰةِٱلدُّنۡيَافِيٱلۡأٓخِرَةِإِلَّاقَلِيلٌ٣٨
Saheeh International

O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the cause of Allāh, you adhere heavily to the earth?1 Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But what is the enjoyment of worldly life compared to the Hereafter except a [very] little.

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاyaayyuha
ٱلَّذِينَallatheena
ءَامَنُوا۟amanoo
مَاma
لَكُمْlakum
إِذَاitha
قِيلَqeela
لَكُمُlakumu
ٱنفِرُوا۟infiroo
فِىfee
سَبِيلِsabeeli
ٱللَّهِAllahi
ٱثَّاقَلْتُمْiththaqaltum
إِلَىila
ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚalardi
أَرَضِيتُمaradeetum
بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِbialhayati
ٱلدُّنْيَاalddunya
مِنَmina
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۚalakhirati
فَمَاfama
مَتَـٰعُmataAAu
ٱلْحَيَوٰةِalhayati
ٱلدُّنْيَاalddunya
فِىfee
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِalakhirati
إِلَّاilla
قَلِيلٌqaleelun
13:26
Open Ayah
ٱللَّهُيَبۡسُطُٱلرِّزۡقَلِمَنيَشَآءُوَيَقۡدِرُۚوَفَرِحُواْبِٱلۡحَيَوٰةِٱلدُّنۡيَاوَمَاٱلۡحَيَوٰةُٱلدُّنۡيَافِيٱلۡأٓخِرَةِإِلَّامَتَٰعٞ٢٦
Saheeh International

Allāh extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. And they rejoice in the worldly life, while the worldly life is not, compared to the Hereafter, except [brief] enjoyment.

ٱللَّهُAllahu
يَبْسُطُyabsutu
ٱلرِّزْقَalrrizqa
لِمَنliman
يَشَآءُyashao
وَيَقْدِرُ ۚwayaqdiru
وَفَرِحُوا۟wafarihoo
بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِbialhayati
ٱلدُّنْيَاalddunya
وَمَاwama
ٱلْحَيَوٰةُalhayatu
ٱلدُّنْيَاalddunya
فِىfee
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِalakhirati
إِلَّاilla
مَتَـٰعٌۭmataAAun
28:60
Open Ayah
وَمَآأُوتِيتُممِّنشَيۡءٖفَمَتَٰعُٱلۡحَيَوٰةِٱلدُّنۡيَاوَزِينَتُهَاۚوَمَاعِندَٱللَّهِخَيۡرٞوَأَبۡقَىٰٓۚأَفَلَاتَعۡقِلُونَ٦٠
Saheeh International

And whatever thing you [people] have been given - it is [only for] the enjoyment of worldly life and its adornment. And what is with Allāh is better and more lasting; so will you not use reason?

وَمَآWama
أُوتِيتُمooteetum
مِّنmin
شَىْءٍۢshayin
فَمَتَـٰعُfamataAAu
ٱلْحَيَوٰةِalhayati
ٱلدُّنْيَاalddunya
وَزِينَتُهَا ۚwazeenatuha
وَمَاwama
عِندَAAinda
ٱللَّهِAllahi
خَيْرٌۭkhayrun
وَأَبْقَىٰٓ ۚwaabqa
أَفَلَاafala
تَعْقِلُونَtaAAqiloona
