19:56
Open Ayah
وَٱذۡكُرۡفِيٱلۡكِتَٰبِإِدۡرِيسَۚإِنَّهُۥكَانَصِدِّيقٗانَّبِيّٗا٥٦
Saheeh International

And mention in the Book, Idrees. Indeed, he was a man of truth and a prophet.

وَٱذْكُرْWaothkur
فِىfee
ٱلْكِتَـٰبِalkitabi
إِدْرِيسَ ۚidreesa
إِنَّهُۥinnahu
كَانَkana
صِدِّيقًۭاsiddeeqan
نَّبِيًّۭاnabiyyan
19:57
Open Ayah
وَرَفَعۡنَٰهُمَكَانًاعَلِيًّا٥٧
Saheeh International

And We raised him to a high station.

وَرَفَعْنَـٰهُWarafaAAnahu
مَكَانًاmakanan
عَلِيًّاAAaliyyan
21:85
Open Ayah
وَإِسۡمَٰعِيلَوَإِدۡرِيسَوَذَا ٱلۡكِفۡلِۖكُلّٞمِّنَٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ٨٥
Saheeh International

And [mention] Ishmael and Idrees and Dhul-Kifl; all were of the patient.

وَإِسْمَـٰعِيلَWaismaAAeela
وَإِدْرِيسَwaidreesa
وَذَا ٱلْكِفْلِ ۖwathaalkifli
كُلٌّۭkullun
مِّنَmina
ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَalssabireena
96:4
Open Ayah
ٱلَّذِيعَلَّمَبِٱلۡقَلَمِ٤
Saheeh International

Who taught by the pen –

ٱلَّذِىAllathee
عَلَّمَAAallama
بِٱلْقَلَمِbialqalami
