24:27
Open Ayah
يَٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُواْلَاتَدۡخُلُواْبُيُوتًاغَيۡرَبُيُوتِكُمۡحَتَّىٰتَسۡتَأۡنِسُواْوَتُسَلِّمُواْعَلَىٰٓأَهۡلِهَاۚذَٰلِكُمۡخَيۡرٞلَّكُمۡلَعَلَّكُمۡتَذَكَّرُونَ٢٧
Saheeh International

O you who have believed, do not enter houses other than your own houses until you ascertain welcome and greet1 their inhabitants. That is best for you; perhaps you will be reminded [i.e., advised].

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاYaayyuha
ٱلَّذِينَallatheena
ءَامَنُوا۟amanoo
لَاla
تَدْخُلُوا۟tadkhuloo
بُيُوتًاbuyootan
غَيْرَghayra
بُيُوتِكُمْbuyootikum
حَتَّىٰhatta
تَسْتَأْنِسُوا۟tastanisoo
وَتُسَلِّمُوا۟watusallimoo
عَلَىٰٓAAala
أَهْلِهَا ۚahliha
ذَٰلِكُمْthalikum
خَيْرٌۭkhayrun
لَّكُمْlakum
لَعَلَّكُمْlaAAallakum
تَذَكَّرُونَtathakkaroona
24:28
Open Ayah
فَإِنلَّمۡتَجِدُواْفِيهَآأَحَدٗافَلَاتَدۡخُلُوهَاحَتَّىٰيُؤۡذَنَلَكُمۡۖوَإِنقِيلَلَكُمُٱرۡجِعُواْفَٱرۡجِعُواْۖهُوَأَزۡكَىٰلَكُمۡۚوَٱللَّهُبِمَاتَعۡمَلُونَعَلِيمٞ٢٨
Saheeh International

And if you do not find anyone therein, do not enter them until permission has been given you. And if it is said to you, "Go back,"1 then go back; it is purer for you. And Allāh is Knowing of what you do.

فَإِنFain

تَجِدُوا۟tajidoo
فِيهَآfeeha
أَحَدًۭاahadan
فَلَاfala
تَدْخُلُوهَاtadkhulooha
حَتَّىٰhatta
يُؤْذَنَyuthana
لَكُمْ ۖlakum
وَإِنwain
قِيلَqeela
لَكُمُlakumu
ٱرْجِعُوا۟irjiAAoo
فَٱرْجِعُوا۟ ۖfairjiAAoo
هُوَhuwa
أَزْكَىٰazka
لَكُمْ ۚlakum
وَٱللَّهُwaAllahu
بِمَاbima
تَعْمَلُونَtaAAmaloona
عَلِيمٌۭAAaleemun
24:29
Open Ayah
لَّيۡسَعَلَيۡكُمۡجُنَاحٌأَنتَدۡخُلُواْبُيُوتًاغَيۡرَمَسۡكُونَةٖفِيهَامَتَٰعٞلَّكُمۡۚوَٱللَّهُيَعۡلَمُمَاتُبۡدُونَوَمَاتَكۡتُمُونَ٢٩
Saheeh International

There is no blame upon you for entering houses not inhabited in which there is convenience1 for you. And Allāh knows what you reveal and what you conceal.

لَّيْسَLaysa
عَلَيْكُمْAAalaykum
جُنَاحٌjunahun
أَنan
تَدْخُلُوا۟tadkhuloo
بُيُوتًاbuyootan
غَيْرَghayra
مَسْكُونَةٍۢmaskoonatin
فِيهَاfeeha
مَتَـٰعٌۭmataAAun
لَّكُمْ ۚlakum
وَٱللَّهُwaAllahu
يَعْلَمُyaAAlamu
مَاma
تُبْدُونَtubdoona
وَمَاwama
تَكْتُمُونَtaktumoona
