12:109
Open Ayah
وَمَآأَرۡسَلۡنَامِنقَبۡلِكَإِلَّارِجَالٗانُّوحِيٓإِلَيۡهِممِّنۡأَهۡلِٱلۡقُرَىٰٓۗأَفَلَمۡيَسِيرُواْفِيٱلۡأَرۡضِفَيَنظُرُواْكَيۡفَكَانَعَٰقِبَةُٱلَّذِينَمِنقَبۡلِهِمۡۗوَلَدَارُٱلۡأٓخِرَةِخَيۡرٞلِّلَّذِينَٱتَّقَوۡاْۚأَفَلَاتَعۡقِلُونَ١٠٩
Saheeh International

And We sent not before you [as messengers] except men to whom We revealed from among the people of cities. So have they1 not traveled through the earth and observed how was the end of those before them? And the home of the Hereafter is best for those who fear Allāh; then will you not reason?

وَمَآWama
أَرْسَلْنَاarsalna
مِنmin
قَبْلِكَqablika
إِلَّاilla
رِجَالًۭاrijalan
نُّوحِىٓnoohee
إِلَيْهِمilayhim
مِّنْmin
أَهْلِahli
ٱلْقُرَىٰٓ ۗalqura
أَفَلَمْafalam
يَسِيرُوا۟yaseeroo
فِىfee
ٱلْأَرْضِalardi
فَيَنظُرُوا۟fayanthuroo
كَيْفَkayfa
كَانَkana
عَـٰقِبَةُAAaqibatu
ٱلَّذِينَallatheena
مِنmin
قَبْلِهِمْ ۗqablihim
وَلَدَارُwaladaru
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِalakhirati
خَيْرٌۭkhayrun
لِّلَّذِينَlillatheena
ٱتَّقَوْا۟ ۗittaqaw
أَفَلَاafala
تَعْقِلُونَtaAAqiloona
16:30
Open Ayah
۞ وَقِيلَلِلَّذِينَٱتَّقَوۡاْمَاذَآأَنزَلَرَبُّكُمۡۚقَالُواْخَيۡرٗاۗلِّلَّذِينَأَحۡسَنُواْفِيهَٰذِهِٱلدُّنۡيَاحَسَنَةٞۚوَلَدَارُٱلۡأٓخِرَةِخَيۡرٞۚوَلَنِعۡمَدَارُٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ٣٠
Saheeh International

And it will be said to those who feared Allāh, "What did your Lord send down?" They will say, "[That which is] good." For those who do good in this world is good; and the home of the Hereafter is better. And how excellent is the home of the righteous -

۞ وَقِيلَWaqeela
لِلَّذِينَlillatheena
ٱتَّقَوْا۟ittaqaw
مَاذَآmatha
أَنزَلَanzala
رَبُّكُمْ ۚrabbukum
قَالُوا۟qaloo
خَيْرًۭا ۗkhayran
لِّلَّذِينَlillatheena
أَحْسَنُوا۟ahsanoo
فِىfee
هَـٰذِهِhathihi
ٱلدُّنْيَاalddunya
حَسَنَةٌۭ ۚhasanatun
وَلَدَارُwaladaru
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِalakhirati
خَيْرٌۭ ۚkhayrun
وَلَنِعْمَwalaniAAma
دَارُdaru
ٱلْمُتَّقِينَalmuttaqeena
28:83
Open Ayah
تِلۡكَٱلدَّارُٱلۡأٓخِرَةُنَجۡعَلُهَالِلَّذِينَلَايُرِيدُونَعُلُوّٗافِيٱلۡأَرۡضِوَلَافَسَادٗاۚوَٱلۡعَٰقِبَةُلِلۡمُتَّقِينَ٨٣
Saheeh International

That home of the Hereafter We assign to those who do not desire exaltedness upon the earth or corruption. And the [best] outcome is for the righteous.

تِلْكَTilka
ٱلدَّارُalddaru
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةُalakhiratu
نَجْعَلُهَاnajAAaluha
لِلَّذِينَlillatheena
لَاla
يُرِيدُونَyureedoona
عُلُوًّۭاAAuluwwan
فِىfee
ٱلْأَرْضِalardi
وَلَاwala
فَسَادًۭا ۚfasadan
وَٱلْعَـٰقِبَةُwaalAAaqibatu
لِلْمُتَّقِينَlilmuttaqeena
29:64
Open Ayah
وَمَاهَٰذِهِٱلۡحَيَوٰةُٱلدُّنۡيَآإِلَّالَهۡوٞوَلَعِبٞۚوَإِنَّٱلدَّارَٱلۡأٓخِرَةَلَهِيَٱلۡحَيَوَانُۚلَوۡكَانُواْيَعۡلَمُونَ٦٤
Saheeh International

And this worldly life is not but diversion and amusement. And indeed, the home of the Hereafter - that is the [eternal] life, if only they knew.

وَمَاWama
هَـٰذِهِhathihi
ٱلْحَيَوٰةُalhayatu
ٱلدُّنْيَآalddunya
إِلَّاilla
لَهْوٌۭlahwun
وَلَعِبٌۭ ۚwalaAAibun
وَإِنَّwainna
ٱلدَّارَalddara
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَalakhirata
لَهِىَlahiya
ٱلْحَيَوَانُ ۚalhayawanu
لَوْlaw
كَانُوا۟kanoo
يَعْلَمُونَyaAAlamoona
