Finger

Or [it is] like a rainstorm from the sky within which is darkness, thunder and lightning. They put their fingers in their ears against the thunderclaps in dread of death. But Allāh is encompassing¹ of the disbelievers.

Here you are loving them but they are not loving you, while you believe in the Scripture - all of it.¹ And when they meet you, they say, "We believe." But when they are alone, they bite their fingertips at you in rage. Say, "Die in your rage. Indeed, Allāh is Knowing of that within the breasts."

[Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, "I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip."¹

And indeed, every time I invited them that You may forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, covered themselves with their garments,¹ persisted, and were arrogant with [great] arrogance.

Yes. [We are] Able [even] to proportion his fingertips.
