Open Ayah
وَإِذۡءَاتَيۡنَامُوسَىٱلۡكِتَٰبَوَٱلۡفُرۡقَانَلَعَلَّكُمۡتَهۡتَدُونَ٥٣
Saheeh International

And [recall] when We gave Moses the Scripture and criterion1 that perhaps you would be guided.

وَإِذْWaith
ءَاتَيْنَاatayna
مُوسَىmoosa
ٱلْكِتَـٰبَalkitaba
وَٱلْفُرْقَانَwaalfurqana
لَعَلَّكُمْlaAAallakum
تَهْتَدُونَtahtadoona
7:145
Open Ayah
وَكَتَبۡنَالَهُۥفِيٱلۡأَلۡوَاحِمِنكُلِّشَيۡءٖمَّوۡعِظَةٗوَتَفۡصِيلٗالِّكُلِّشَيۡءٖفَخُذۡهَابِقُوَّةٖوَأۡمُرۡقَوۡمَكَيَأۡخُذُواْبِأَحۡسَنِهَاۚسَأُوْرِيكُمۡدَارَٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ١٤٥
Saheeh International

And We wrote for him on the tablets [something] of all things - instruction and explanation for all things, [saying], "Take them with determination and order your people to take the best of it. I will show you the home of the defiantly disobedient."1

وَكَتَبْنَاWakatabna
لَهُۥlahu
فِىfee
ٱلْأَلْوَاحِalalwahi
مِنmin
كُلِّkulli
شَىْءٍۢshayin
مَّوْعِظَةًۭmawAAithatan
وَتَفْصِيلًۭاwatafseelan
لِّكُلِّlikulli
شَىْءٍۢshayin
فَخُذْهَاfakhuthha
بِقُوَّةٍۢbiquwwatin
وَأْمُرْwamur
قَوْمَكَqawmaka
يَأْخُذُوا۟yakhuthoo
بِأَحْسَنِهَا ۚbiahsaniha
سَأُو۟رِيكُمْsaoreekum
دَارَdara
ٱلْفَـٰسِقِينَalfasiqeena
