2:206
Open Ayah
وَإِذَاقِيلَلَهُٱتَّقِٱللَّهَأَخَذَتۡهُٱلۡعِزَّةُبِٱلۡإِثۡمِۚفَحَسۡبُهُۥجَهَنَّمُۖوَلَبِئۡسَٱلۡمِهَادُ٢٠٦
Saheeh International

And when it is said to him, "Fear Allāh," pride in the sin takes hold of him. Sufficient for him is Hellfire, and how wretched is the resting place.

وَإِذَاWaitha
قِيلَqeela
لَهُlahu
ٱتَّقِittaqi
ٱللَّهَAllaha
أَخَذَتْهُakhathathu
ٱلْعِزَّةُalAAizzatu
بِٱلْإِثْمِ ۚbialithmi
فَحَسْبُهُۥfahasbuhu
جَهَنَّمُ ۚjahannamu
وَلَبِئْسَwalabisa
ٱلْمِهَادُalmihadu
3:12
Open Ayah
قُللِّلَّذِينَكَفَرُواْسَتُغۡلَبُونَوَتُحۡشَرُونَإِلَىٰجَهَنَّمَۖوَبِئۡسَٱلۡمِهَادُ١٢
Saheeh International

Say to those who disbelieve, "You will be overcome and gathered together to Hell, and wretched is the resting place."

قُلQul
لِّلَّذِينَlillatheena
كَفَرُوا۟kafaroo
سَتُغْلَبُونَsatughlaboona
وَتُحْشَرُونَwatuhsharoona
إِلَىٰila
جَهَنَّمَ ۚjahannama
وَبِئْسَwabisa
ٱلْمِهَادُalmihadu
3:197
Open Ayah
مَتَٰعٞقَلِيلٞثُمَّمَأۡوَىٰهُمۡجَهَنَّمُۖوَبِئۡسَٱلۡمِهَادُ١٩٧
Saheeh International

[It is but] a small enjoyment; then their [final] refuge is Hell, and wretched is the resting place.

مَتَـٰعٌۭMataAAun
قَلِيلٌۭqaleelun
ثُمَّthumma
مَأْوَىٰهُمْmawahum
جَهَنَّمُ ۚjahannamu
وَبِئْسَwabisa
ٱلْمِهَادُalmihadu
7:41
Open Ayah
لَهُممِّنجَهَنَّمَمِهَادٞوَمِنفَوۡقِهِمۡغَوَاشٖۚوَكَذَٰلِكَنَجۡزِيٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ٤١
Saheeh International

They will have from Hell a bed and over them coverings [of fire]. And thus do We recompense the wrongdoers.

لَهُمLahum
مِّنmin
جَهَنَّمَjahannama
مِهَادٌۭmihadun
وَمِنwamin
فَوْقِهِمْfawqihim
غَوَاشٍۢ ۚghawashin
وَكَذَٰلِكَwakathalika
نَجْزِىnajzee
ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَalththalimeena
38:56
Open Ayah
جَهَنَّمَيَصۡلَوۡنَهَافَبِئۡسَٱلۡمِهَادُ٥٦
Saheeh International

Hell, which they will [enter to] burn, and wretched is the resting place.

جَهَنَّمَJahannama
يَصْلَوْنَهَاyaslawnaha
فَبِئْسَfabisa
ٱلْمِهَادُalmihadu
