3:81
Open Ayah
وَإِذۡأَخَذَٱللَّهُمِيثَٰقَٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَلَمَآءَاتَيۡتُكُممِّنكِتَٰبٖوَحِكۡمَةٖثُمَّجَآءَكُمۡرَسُولٞمُّصَدِّقٞلِّمَامَعَكُمۡلَتُؤۡمِنُنَّبِهِۦوَلَتَنصُرُنَّهُۥۚقَالَءَأَقۡرَرۡتُمۡوَأَخَذۡتُمۡعَلَىٰذَٰلِكُمۡإِصۡرِيۖقَالُوٓاْأَقۡرَرۡنَاۚقَالَفَٱشۡهَدُواْوَأَنَا۠مَعَكُممِّنَٱلشَّٰهِدِينَ٨١
Saheeh International

And [recall, O People of the Scripture], when Allāh took the covenant of the prophets, [saying], "Whatever I give you of the Scripture and wisdom and then there comes to you a messenger confirming what is with you, you [must] believe in him and support him." [Allāh] said, "Have you acknowledged and taken upon that My commitment?"1 They said, "We have acknowledged it." He said, "Then bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses."

وَإِذْWaith
أَخَذَakhatha
ٱللَّهُAllahu
مِيثَـٰقَmeethaqa
ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَalnnabiyyeena
لَمَآlama
ءَاتَيْتُكُمataytukum
مِّنmin
كِتَـٰبٍۢkitabin
وَحِكْمَةٍۢwahikmatin
ثُمَّthumma
جَآءَكُمْjaakum
رَسُولٌۭrasoolun
مُّصَدِّقٌۭmusaddiqun
لِّمَاlima
مَعَكُمْmaAAakum
لَتُؤْمِنُنَّlatuminunna
بِهِۦbihi
وَلَتَنصُرُنَّهُۥ ۚwalatansurunnahu
قَالَqala
ءَأَقْرَرْتُمْaaqrartum
وَأَخَذْتُمْwaakhathtum
عَلَىٰAAala
ذَٰلِكُمْthalikum
إِصْرِى ۖisree
قَالُوٓا۟qaloo
أَقْرَرْنَا ۚaqrarna
قَالَqala
فَٱشْهَدُوا۟faishhadoo
وَأَنَا۠waana
مَعَكُمmaAAakum
مِّنَmina
ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَalshshahideena
33:7
Open Ayah
وَإِذۡأَخَذۡنَامِنَٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَمِيثَٰقَهُمۡوَمِنكَوَمِننُّوحٖوَإِبۡرَٰهِيمَوَمُوسَىٰوَعِيسَىٱبۡنِمَرۡيَمَۖوَأَخَذۡنَامِنۡهُممِّيثَٰقًاغَلِيظٗا٧
Saheeh International

And [mention, O Muḥammad], when We took from the prophets their covenant and from you and from Noah and Abraham and Moses and Jesus, the son of Mary; and We took from them a solemn covenant

وَإِذْWaith
أَخَذْنَاakhathna
مِنَmina
ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَalnnabiyyeena
مِيثَـٰقَهُمْmeethaqahum
وَمِنكَwaminka
وَمِنwamin
نُّوحٍۢnoohin
وَإِبْرَٰهِيمَwaibraheema
وَمُوسَىٰwamoosa
وَعِيسَىwaAAeesa
ٱبْنِibni
مَرْيَمَ ۖmaryama
وَأَخَذْنَاwaakhathna
مِنْهُمminhum
مِّيثَـٰقًاmeethaqan
غَلِيظًۭاghaleethan
33:8
Open Ayah
لِّيَسۡـَٔلَٱلصَّٰدِقِينَعَنصِدۡقِهِمۡۚوَأَعَدَّلِلۡكَٰفِرِينَعَذَابًاأَلِيمٗا٨
Saheeh International

That He may question the truthful about their truth.1 And He has prepared for the disbelievers a painful punishment.

لِّيَسْـَٔلَLiyasala
ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَalssadiqeena
عَنAAan
صِدْقِهِمْ ۚsidqihim
وَأَعَدَّwaaAAadda
لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَlilkafireena
عَذَابًاAAathaban
أَلِيمًۭاaleeman
